We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Executive Support Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing each EA, and will build processes that support their ability to effectively support executives across the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in managing a team of executive assistants and team leads (managers) or similar leadership and/or process improvement roles
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams or projects within a corporate setting
- Experience coordinating with 70+ Executive stakeholders across multiple functions, including navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate different time zones (primarily U.S. time zones)
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse, global environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above) and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
