Our Audit team are on the lookout for keen and ambitious experienced Audit Assistant Manager’s to come and join the team as we enter our next phase of growth. This will be a permanent position based remotely from South Africa.

Our award-winning Audit team cover various specialities:
- Big Business - focus on larger and more complex clients. Covering a wide range from private equity backed businesses to AIM listed businesses as well as others who report under the IFRS
- Private business - A broad, multi-industry client base; we service more privately-owned firms in the Midlands than anyone else
- Tech & High Growth – fast scaling tech companies, these are growing companies who face many challenges and complexities
About the day to day…
An Audit Assistant Manager needs to be curious, sceptical, and have a questioning mindset. You need to be adaptable and versatile, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and team members. As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role. You will have the opportunity to push yourself forward by;
- Gaining experience with a portfolio of clients based within the UK
- Optionally looking after appraisees, supporting them and guiding them as they work through their exams, start their career and look for advice
- Working on more complex and higher risk clients as well as new clients
- All while working towards building yourself to Manager where you will own your portfolio of clients, negotiate fees and more
The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

In addition to those core values, as an experienced Audit Supervisor / Junior Audit Manager, you should;
- Be fully qualified CA (SA) with at least 5 years’ experience, ideally with UK market offshoring experience
- Experience in Private Owned Businesses, Fast Scaling Teck or mixed portfolio
- A top-notch problem solver, never settled with base level information and always ready to dig for the facts and find resolutions to problems
- Approach your work with a positive attitude to perform above and beyond expectation
