The Role
The company is expanding its engineering team and seeks experienced software engineers to collaborate closely with the technical leadership to drive the development of their platform. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be an early team member, significantly impacting the product and the business. The organization is looking for frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collaborate with leadership and team members to execute the product roadmap.
Design, develop, and own complex features and software components.
Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and well-tested code.
Help establish best practices and contribute to the technology team's culture.
Work with the Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
About You:
Culture Fit: Passionate about owning projects from inception to completion. Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and operate autonomously. Comfortable working remotely and in fostering collaboration. Motivated by enabling businesses and individuals to make smarter decisions. Over 10 years of software development experience. At least 5 years of experience in system design or architecture. A product-driven approach and willingness to engage with customers. Startup experience or ability to thrive in an unstructured environment. Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly in analytics or finance tools. A brief initial chat to discuss background and interests. A technical interview focusing on algorithms and system design. A comprehensive virtual onsite evaluation covering technical and cultural fit. Reference checks to gather external insights on collaboration and management styles. Remote-first position, focusing on candidates within the Americas to align with team working hours. Anticipated salary range of $210,000 to $240,000, depending on location and qualifications, plus competitive equity packages.
