The Role
Infrastructure Engineers at this organization play a crucial role in building the systems that power the company's ability to serve its customers effectively. These engineers work on foundational systems, collaborating closely across departments to design, build, and evolve core platforms. This position calls for technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineering teams to build and manage infrastructure-as-code, cloud infrastructure, and observability systems.
Develop comprehensive documentation to support a growing, remote organization.
Tackle complex problems associated with scaling, handling sensitive financial data, and creating novel financial mechanisms.

At least 4 years of experience in developing and managing mission-critical infrastructure.

Compensation:
Estimated annual base salary ranging from $175,000 to $205,000, depending on the role's level, complexity, and responsibilities.
