About the Role

The Fullstack Engineer role is pivotal in driving our client's mission forward, focusing on blockchain interoperability and the full realization of cross-chain decentralized applications. This position involves designing and implementing scalable web applications that utilize the latest in web3 technologies, collaborating closely with a dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

• Architect and design key product features from inception to deployment, including ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

• Develop and optimize backend systems to support essential marketplace functionalities.

• Ensure cohesive system integration, from user experience design to API functionality and data modeling.

• Mentor team members in best practices and strategies for tackling complex issues.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to plan and architect new product features, prioritizing based on impact and strategic value.

About You:

• In-depth knowledge of web technologies and experience with large-scale web application architectures.

• Familiarity with the latest front-end architecture trends, including those related to performance, security, and usability.

• At least 8 years of industry experience in creating scalable and high-performance user interfaces and APIs, with expertise in React, Typescript, AWS, and Elasticsearch.

• Strong user empathy and a critical approach to how features affect the community and end-users.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.

• A passion for building user-friendly applications and a keen interest in the blockchain sector.
