The Executive Assistant, Learning and Assessment will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development, serving leaders who oversee a combined staff of over 100 employees.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
- Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion, reliability, and professional judgment.
- Collaborative, customer-service mindset; ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
