The Executive Assistant, Learning and Assessment will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development, serving leaders who oversee a combined staff of over 100 employees.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of executive or administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom and expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion, reliability, and professional judgment.
  • Collaborative, customer-service mindset; ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
