The Opportunity:

As an Exchange Operations Associate at CoinList, you'll play a vital role in optimizing the efficiency of our cryptocurrency exchange, ensuring seamless transactions and enhanced customer experiences. Leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of CoinList's operational processes, driving its success in the dynamic cryptocurrency market.

What You Will Do:

• Optimize and secure money operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the realm of crypto transactions and our trading offerings.
• Analyze data to develop strategies and frameworks for CoinList products and processes, improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Design, monitor, and maintain financial dashboards, reports, and alerting systems to track liquidity metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with trading teams, engineers, and management to scale operations and finance processes.
• Provide exceptional support to VIP customers and handle resolution of complex issues.
• Keep a close watch on industry trends, proposing and testing ideas to enhance CoinList’s service offerings.
• Advanced data capture and pipeline processes, ensuring data integrity and availability for decision-making.

Requirements

• You must be physically located outside of the United States.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or within a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (Numpy, Pandas, Jupyter), and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Strong understanding of operational processes with the ability to improve and execute with precision.
• Medium-level understanding of spot and derivatives trading.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to identify and seize opportunities within the crypto market.
