Your new role: Solutions Architect (Voice)
Location: Remote in Germany (you must be based in Germany with the right to work)
As a member of our Enablement Services team, you will lead the voice architecture, design and implementation of the Cognigy Solutions that meet our customers' business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Focus on Conversational IVR/Voicebot post-sales consulting and implementation.
- Help customers building a center of excellence by providing technical consulting (Design, Code review), provide best practices/art of the possible.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure customers’ solutions are scalable and meet the requirements for further expansion.
- Focus on delivering high-quality service engagements tailored to provide the best ROI in terms of time and value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sales, CSM, PM and Partner Management teams to assess new business opportunities and support with deep technical expertise.
- Provide Technical documentation and Solution support
- Develop use cases for product demonstrations for prospects and present those.
- Ability to deliver partner enablement activities, including training, workshops, product demonstrations, and on-site visits.
- Attend Marketing and Partner events to answer technical questions, present use case demonstrations and demonstrate the capabilities of Cognigy's software offerings
