Buscamos un Sales Development Representative (SDR), también conocido como IT Account Manager o Inside Sales, es un perfil de ventas con orientación hacía el "hunting", responsable de generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para la empresa mediante la identificación, prospección y cualificación de clientes potenciales en los sectores objetivo.

Este perfil será nuestra primera línea en el proceso comercial, conectando nuestras soluciones de consultoría tecnológica con las necesidades de las organizaciones clientes. Su foco principal será la captación activa, buscando constantemente nuevos leads, generando relaciones y preparando el terreno para el resto del equipo.

Objetivos del rol

  • Incrementar el pipeline de ventas con leads cualificados.
  • Detectar oportunidades en empresas que puedan beneficiarse de los servicios de consultoría tecnológica, transformación digital y soluciones IT.
  • Nutrir la base de datos de prospectos y mantener actualizada la información en el CRM corporativo.
  • Ser el puente entre marketing y ventas, asegurando un flujo continuo de oportunidades.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Identificar y segmentar el mercado objetivo según el portfolio de servicios (cloud, ciberseguridad, data, IA, infraestructura, consultoría digital, etc.).
  • Realizar prospección activa (outbound) a través de llamadas, emails, LinkedIn y eventos.
  • Calificar leads según criterios BANT / MEDDIC o similares.
  • Gestionar y actualizar la información en el CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Coordinar reuniones entre prospectos cualificados y el equipo de ventas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Marketing para afinar mensajes, campañas y contenidos.
  • Analizar métricas (tasa de conversión, ratio de respuesta, MQL→SQL) y proponer mejoras.
  • Representar a la empresa en ferias o eventos tecnológicos, cuando sea necesario.

Requirements

  • Experiencia: 1-3 años en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en consultoría tecnológica, SaaS o IT Services.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías de venta consultiva y prospección B2B.
  • Habilidad en el uso de herramientas de automatización y CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo…).
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y storytelling comercial.
  • Alta orientación a resultados, resiliencia y mentalidad de crecimiento (hunter mindset).
  • Proactividad y autonomía.
  • Capacidad analítica para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
  • Gestión del tiempo y priorización de tareas.

Proceso de entrevista:

  1. Llamada inicial (30 min): Primera entrevista con alguien de nuestro equipo de Operaciones de Personal.
  2. Entrevista de ventas (1 hora): Llamada con nuestro equipo de ventas.
  3. Presentación (1 hora y 30 min): Ejercicio escrito.
  4. Entrevista final (45 min): Entrevista final con nuestro Director General.
