- Examine, interpret, and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, and operations teams.
- Dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.

- Implement strict quality control to avoid reports redundancy with departments’ standards in building, developing, and maintaining data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.

- Responds timely and accurately to emails.
- Increase agent efficiency and productivity through the Freshdesk ticketing tool.
- Managing tickets and ensuring to meet the agreed SLA.
- Ensuring that there is no ticket went overdue.
- Every ticket will be resolved.
- Upload raw data for the Business Intelligence tool in a timely manner.
- Reports Development through QuickSight Business Intelligence tool.
- Using warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Maintaining data analytics platforms.
- Conducting troubleshooting on BI models.
- Performing quality assurance checks on reports.
- Generating and delivering quality reports to internal and external customers.
- Upskilling or acquiring new and relevant competencies.
- Digital upskilling – New Software, Digital marketing, and programming skills.
What ClearSource Needs from You
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Statistics, or any computer-related courses
- 0-2 years' experience in business intelligence (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but must have relevant experience during internship)
- Adept in using BI and data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau and Domo
- Understands Data Modeling and Data Schemas
- Understands database operations and optimization such as MS SQL server, PostgreSQL and OracleDB)
- Able to effectively curate data for analysis and insights
- Has strong analytical skills to perform descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Able to translate data and analysis into actionable insights and measurable results to drive company performance
- Able to draft clear and structured process documents
