We're hiring a ClayDR Enablement Program Manager to build and scale how Clay enables its ClayDR organization. The role involves designing and scaling onboarding and ever-boarding programs, building and running workshops and certifications, and capturing and scaling best practices from top-performers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an enablement, sales, or SDR, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Carried an SDR/outbound number or directly coached SDRs/BDRs responsible for pipeline generation
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs
  • Experience building content and managing enablement systems
