As our GTM Onboarding & Enablement Program Manager, you'll drive the growth and success of Clay's revenue organization by building programs from the ground up and designing onboarding experiences that move the needle on productivity and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Onboarding, Program Management, or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Strong facilitator with a natural ability to make complex concepts accessible, engaging, and actionable for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and self-directed.
- Deep care for the new hire experience and a track record of making people feel welcomed, supported, and set up to win.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and workflows.
