What will you be doing?

The Reporting Solutions Group is the group of experts who make recommendations and guide IRI’s new clients on model and content design. You will set and manage expectations both with the client and internally, and coordinate with a cross-functional team in order to execute and deliver on time and above expectations. This individual manages the full reporting life cycle from design through build. This includes:

  • model and attribute design
  • hierarchy design
  • content development
  • user engagement
  • report build and delivery

You will blend client-facing responsibilities, technical expertise, coordination and team work across multiple teams, leveraging these skills:

  • Understanding of the CPG industry from the manufacturer perspective
  • Understanding of key business issues and questions facing our clients
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure, make critical decisions and come up with creative solutions quickly
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and changing timelines
  • A high level of expertise with Microsoft Office is desirable, but not necessary
  • BS/BA in marketing or related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
    • Set expectations and drives the client toward reporting satisfaction
    • Conduct discovery and rationalization meetings with external client
    • Act as the representative of the larger Reporting Solutions team
    • Consult and advise on reporting best practices
  • Reporting Management
    • Develop reporting content based on latest features and trends
    • Create Reporting Project Plan
    • Coordinate with Implementation Project Manager on reporting timelines and scope
    • Build, Deliver, and QCs client custom reporting in Unify+
    • Update, Complete and Maintain Spec Document
  • Change Management
    • Ensure alignment and communication between reporting solutions and all internal and external constituents regarding IRI deliverables
    • Work to meet goals for post-implementation
    • Transition completed solution to Client Service Team
    • Stay up-to-date with IRI’s latest technology capabilities

Use industry knowledge and client learning to ensure the standard content library for solutions contains industry best practices and top thinking.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is [$64K to $115K].
