What will you be doing?
As part of the North American Retail Analytics Group in the Global Retail Solutions team you will help expand our portfolio of clients by helping them to grow their business based on our solutions. In your role, you will be responsible for supporting the team by gaining insights, preparing presentations and creating relevant materials and reports in our existing and under development products to share with our clients. This will help the whole team to be the outstanding partner to create the best solutions that fit the client’s needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Circana’s product portfolio and their application to retail clients to drive adoption of Global Retail Solutions products and services
- Create compelling client-ready content that is easy to understand, and digest and provides compelling recommendations across key data sets and solutions
- Manage and implement strategic approach to our clients, by developing relationships, understanding the client’s key initiatives, and bringing solutions to challenges and opportunities
- Articulate complex technical knowledge of Circana solutions in a simple impactful way
- Train and develop client and lead them to leverage best-in-class reporting to answer business problems
- Problem solving during the project life cycle
- Identify areas of improvement and prioritizing based on company and/or client impact
- Works with peers and other departments to define and implement Best Practice initiatives
- Ensure quality of the project through building project scope, performing quality checks, tracking timelines, challenging results
- Support sales efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, client services, or account management
- Identify customer issues and matching them with appropriate Circana solutions
- Client driven with a strong commercial appetite to develop the business with your clients and contribute to Circana revenue growth
- Knowledgeable of the Retail industry and the challenges faced in the modern market
- Build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks both internally, and externally
- Experience with Circana solutions is required including building best of class Unify reporting
- Demonstrate expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications within the Retail industry
- Able to manage client expectations.
- Ability to build a rapport across functions and levels within an organization and to consult with clients to influence thinking
- Able to articulate complex technical knowledge of Circana solutions in a simple impactful way
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Location
This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000.
This role has a bonus incentive eligibility of up to 15%.
