What will you be doing?
As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will oversee the sales process, with a primary focus on pre-sales and solution architecture. This entails performing pre-sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, identifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing custom solution architecture and putting together compelling sales pitches tailored to each client’s needs, providing cost estimates, and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the solutions. Through strategic planning and effective communication, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closure, including pricing and contract terms
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the solution architecture and the value proposition
- Communicate complicated technology concepts in a manner that is understandable in terms of business impact
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solution architectures for each proposal
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and functionality of the platform and the solutions being pitched
- Play the role of tech lead across teams working across implementations
- Stay up to date on Circana products and offerings, as well as market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, required, advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of Technology sales or solution architecture experience
- Specific software or platforms experience
- Visualization Software (e.g. Unify, Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, etc.) – required
- Snowflake – preferred
- Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, Oracle) – preferred
- Project Management (e.g. Monday.com, Jira, etc.) – preferred
- Coding Languages (e.g. Python, SQL, etc.) – bonus
- Experience with client engagement, including providing product demonstrations
- Strong technical expertise across various domains such as cloud/hosting, cybersecurity, networking, databases, and web applications.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, including strong interpersonal, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience
- Ability to handle detail as well as envision the big-picture ideas

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is [$91,000 to $150,000.00K].
