What will you be doing?
You will be trained so that you can support customers and the more Senior members of the team in delivering analytics
projects for FMCG customers
Job Responsibilities
Build project specification from commercial representative and customer, defining scope, parameters,
timelines.
Manage customer discussions related to data, methodology, online applications and analysis that is in-scope
to be delivered.
o Data collection Circana´s assets, from 3rd parties and client
o Data preparation (cleaning, validation)
o Data interpretation
o Perform statistical analysis.
o Validate the analysis results from a business point of view.
Build, defend and support the initial results & recommendations (align with commercial when needed) and
address client’s questions.
o Interpret business-wise the analysis outcome.
o Develop meaningful recommendations in client business language.
o Build 80% ready deck.
o Build buy-in of the key findings with the client before the final meetings with the IRI commercial rep
(align with commercial when needed). IRI commercial will finalize the deck and recommendations
Be seen as a subject matter expert who can talk about the technical process, the analytics methodology, and
deliverables.
Be familiar with internal systems and codes (e.g., Mainframe, Hadoop, SAS, Python, R, etc.) and be able to
utilize and make changes /amendments, through all project phases.
Implement automation that will improve delivery efficiencies throughout the delivery stages (scoping, data,
analysis, decks, reports, processes, etc)
Perform UAT of internal and external applications/platforms that the Global Solution Delivery team will use as
tools for delivery or will be part of the client deliverables
Requirements
Degree in statistics, mathematics, or related discipline, with a good understanding of regressions, time series
Ability to write and speak business English.
Knowledge of programming languages: SAS, WPS, R, Phyton (important) y SQL (desirable)
Knowledge of tools: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SQL Server, Power BI/Qlik/Tableau
