About the Role:As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.
What You'll Do
- Use Google Sheets to create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking credentialing data and producing reports
- Check credentialing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Work with other team members to streamline credentialing procedures and increase efficiency
- Perform research work and administrative tasks as required
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing final year of your degree in university (engineering, science, commerce or business administration)
- Demonstrable experience in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, apply formulas, and generate reports. Python skills would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept new responsibilities.
- Willing to work US time shifts, and available for at least 8 hours per day (Mon-Fri)
