About Catena:
Catena helps the top 1% of operators worldwide land long-term roles at fast-growing startups and corporations in the US and EU. We believe that even though opportunity isn’t created equal in the world, ambitious talent is. We bridge that opportunity gap by sourcing the best opportunities for candidates and putting those who pass our tests through a free, rigorous upskilling program. We only work with executives who want long-term hires they can keep promoting, and do the same ourselves.
Both of our founders are seasoned operators who have founded and sold multiple companies in the past. We’ve 4x’ed our company size over the past year and are looking for someone who’s hungry and wants the opportunity to grow in a fast-scaling company.
Our core values:
- Highly enthusiastic. We’re curious about how the world works, care a lot about our work, and are excited to take on new projects.
- Empowers others. We’re here to help our teammates be their best selves and help nurture their growth.
- Wins. We’re tenacious in our ability to get something done and be a force of nature.
- Proactive and with a growth mindset. We’re interested in the continuous improvement of both ourselves and of our team’s processes.
- Creative and willing to take calculated risks. We’re not afraid to try new, crazy ideas and know that it’s the 1% of ideas that do work that can skyrocket our business.
