ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced TALENT DELIVERY CONSULTANT for a recruitment company specializing in e-commerce and tech. Your mission is to support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging IT specialist candidates in Australia. The role will report directly to the Delivery Director and work with a Principal Consultant based in Sydney, Australia. Grow into your role, and you are on your way to being the future Talent Delivery Lead or Lead Researcher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research:

  • Undertake candidate research through social media mediums (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Twitter, Facebook, Github, Stackoverflow, etc.) and ATS (Vincere) database.
  • Undertake ad hoc market research across technology and build reports as required.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Responsible for the identification of relevant candidates within a technology specialization (Australia & globally).
  • Identify candidates for open 'live' recruitment briefs while also building networks and talent pools of future talent.
  • Use tools including LinkedIn, Vincere, Lusha, SEEK, Google Boolean Search etc. for candidate identification and engagement.
  • Proactively introduce relevant candidates to Principal Consultants.
  • Continually grow talent pools across technology specialization.
  • Take candidate references as and when required.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Follow the Playbook as guidelines for the candidate engagement process.
  • Engage relevant candidates across all channels (LinkedIn, Vincere, Seek Talent Search) using email, inMails, phone & texts).
  • Telephone screen candidates using the interview framework.
  • Introduce relevant candidates to Principal Consultants and shortlist to live roles.
  • Refer/cross-sell candidates across the business.

Data Integrity:

  • Candidate files must be updated in accordance with the Candidate Information Policy.
  • Using Parsing tools to update candidate information in ATS.
  • Proactively update and manage Candidate database across nominated technology area.
  • Ensure the integrity of all data into systems relating to candidate records, including salaries, experience, consultant tagging and skills tagging.

Team:

  • Supports recruitment and onboarding of Delivery team.
  • Supports Delivery Director with coaching, training, and motivating Delivery Team.
  • Works with Delivery Director to communicate goals to team members and identify areas for skills/behaviour training.
  • Provides ongoing resourcing and research training to Delivery Team.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Collaborates across the business, work directly with Practice Leads and Principal Consultants.

Communication:

  • Proactively communicate with everyone in the business, including your local team, your direct line manager and the Sydney team.
  • Attend all relevant team meetings and provide reporting were necessary.

Company:

  • Adherence to company's Policies and Procedures.
  • Participate in the review of operational processes and provide ideas.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English both written and verbal.
  • At least 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience specializing in professional IT roles for tech industry.
  • International recruiting experience ideally within the Australian market (US/APAC also suitable).
  • Experience coaching/leading a resourcing/recruiting team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease.
  • High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality.
