Our client is located in Mayfield, KY. They currently own and operate over 50 restaurants in multiple states. They are in a rapid growth period with many more locations opening by the end of the fiscal year. We are seeking a motivated and driven, hands-on Recruiter to join our growing company. You will support full cycle, high-volume recruiting, for your assigned function(s) within the company. The recruiter will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. We want a professional who is hard-working, passionate about the candidate experience, and is customer obsessed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with General Managers, District Managers, and Directors of Operations to identify top tier talent.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in recruitment
- Current or previous high-volume recruiting experience strongly desired.
- Must be a team player, willing to learn and share knowledge with others.
- Must be extremely organized and willing to work in a fast paced, large multi-unit, multi-state, company.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, which includes phone, e-mail, and text.
- Must be able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
- Must have excellent follow up and follow through.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paradox - AI applicant system or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

- Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $900 - $1200
Schedule: 8am - 5pm Eastern Time
