About the job:
Role: Executive Assistant
Work Schedule: Full-Time | Mon - Fri | 40 hours per week | Client is following Eastern Time Zone, at least overlapping US Business Hours
Salary Range: Up to PHP 75,000/month (depending on skills and experience)

As our client's Executive Assistant, you'll collaborate with a vibrant and inclusive team, fostering a positive culture where leaders genuinely prioritize the growth and well-being of their employees. Their company, a thriving software development startup, seeks a candidate with a background in technology or experience working closely with tech clients or is at least familiar with tech (nice to have). Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Inbox Management and help with scheduling calls
- Handle email and communication on behalf of client, responding to inquiries and triaging messages.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executives.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Assist with other administrative/basic admin and clerical tasks.
Tools: Communication Tools, CRMs, other apps
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (client is not too strict with the years of experience, but would prefer at least a year)
- Familiarity with the tech industry (nice to have)
- Preferably someone who knows how to maximize credit card points/miles
- Preferably someone who has experience with startup companies/startups before
- Someone who can communicate concisely (The client prefers receiving a short but concise and direct-to-the point message rather than a lengthy message or someone who can summarize texts)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Someone with high attention to detail, someone with high reliability, can anticipate needs
- Someone with good level of candor
