Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | US Time Zone - Overlapping EST MST and CST
Salary Range: US $1,300 - US $1,700 per month (dependent on your skills and experience)

As an Account Manager, your role is crucial in driving client success by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure the successful implementation of tech solutions. This role demands a high level of technical knowledge and effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
Responsibilities:
The following are the key aspects of your work:
- Hubspot Monitoring and Management: Tracking and managing client product interactions and engagement within HubSpot sequences, ensuring timely follow-ups, personalized communication, and effective lead management.
- Lead Conversion: Actively engaging with leads in a product-led sales motion: addressing inquiries, and leveraging product knowledge to convert leads into paying clients.
- Product Demo and Activation: Conducting comprehensive 15-20 minute product demos to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the AI-driven estimation tool, and guiding them through the activation process.
- Product Heatmapping Follow Through: Analyzing client interaction data during the trial period to identify patterns and trends using heatmaps, then proactively addressing areas of interest or concern to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Process Improvement and Documentation: Continuously evaluating and refining sales processes, documenting best practices, and implementing improvements to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients, ultimately driving business growth and scalability.
Immediate Tasks on your First (1st) Week:
- Initiate calls to prospects via HubSpot
- Address inquiries about the product.
- Conduct engaging demos of product functionality.
- Utilize affordable methods for attracting leads.
