We’re seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Croatian to join a remote team in Greece. After an initial training period in Athens, you’ll work fully remote, supporting customers and business partners with professionalism and care.
✨ Duties & Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels
Research and identify effective solutions to resolve issues and concerns
Serve as the first point of contact for business partners and clients, assisting with product, service, or account queries
Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and systems
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure positive experiences and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution
🔑 Requirements
Native/fluent Croatian speaker with strong written and spoken communication skills
Good proficiency in English
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or related fields
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with ability to apply product/service knowledge effectively
Proficiency with computers and customer service tools
Eligibility to work in Greece
