We’re hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a stable inbound support project in the energy and property services sector. This fully remote role offers the chance to provide professional assistance to property managers and tenants, focusing on service requests, appointments, and billing inquiries.

✨ Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone, ensuring a professional and service-oriented experience

• Manage written customer requests during service hours for efficient case handling

• Support customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations for installation services

• Provide first-level troubleshooting for smoke detectors (no technical background required)

• Assist with billing inquiries, explain invoice items, and guide users through customer portal topics

• Coordinate meter reading appointments and support general service-related requests

• Deliver high-quality customer service — no sales or outbound activities involved

🔑 Requirements

• Native/fluent German speaker (verbal & written); English is a bonus but not compulsory

• Previous experience or strong motivation for inbound telephone-based customer support

• Stable internet connection and electricity supply suitable for remote work (speed test required)

• Confident PC and digital communication skills

• Calm, patient, and service-oriented personality with clear, structured communication style

• Reliable working approach, quick comprehension skills, and willingness to handle written inquiries

• Interest in a long-term customer service role (non-sales environment)
