Affiliate Manager – Spanish Speaker | Remote (Israel/Spain/Cyprus)

We’re seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager fluent in Spanish to join a remote team across Israel, Spain, or Cyprus. In this role, you’ll recruit and manage affiliates, negotiate partnerships, and drive growth through innovative affiliate marketing strategies in the FX sector.

✨ Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with Affiliates/IBs

• Monitor affiliate programs and activities to ensure compliance and performance

• Communicate with clients to resolve issues and answer questions

• Identify and negotiate with affiliate/traffic networks for cooperation opportunities

• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates and renew agreements with existing partners

• Create ROI-based proposals for new affiliate relationships

• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations

• Review sales reports to assess campaign performance and recommend improvements

• Analyse demographic data to identify emerging markets and opportunities

• Coordinate with creative teams to prepare promotional materials for specific GEOs

• Write marketing briefs and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates

• Represent the company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars)

✅ Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and fluent English (B2+)

• 1–2 years’ experience in an Affiliate Manager role

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or related field (advantageous)

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing from FX brokers

• Strong understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels

• Exceptional planning and project management skills

• Knowledge of affiliate networks and traffic sources

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)

• Ability to travel to conferences and team meetings when required
