You will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to design, deploy, and maintain robust and efficient cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in DevOps principles, automation, and monitoring tools will be essential in driving continuous improvement and optimization of our systems. Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ASite Reliability Engineer.
Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, India, or Mexico.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement highly available and scalable cloud-based architectures
- Automate provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of systems and applications
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability and performance
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations to maintain system uptime
- Conduct performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or related role
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Experience with monitoring and log management tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
- Excellent scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Knowledge of networking and security principles in cloud environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root cause analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
