Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Consultant for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). They proudly serve more than 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states through the efforts of over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.
Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
As a Workforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the client's HR and Business leaders to develop workforce and to optimize workforce performance. You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to shape strategic workforce decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client's HR and Business leaders to understand their workforce challenges.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and develop workforce analytics to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and deliver presentations to senior executives to communicate workforce strategies and findings.
- Work with dashboards, KPI tracking, data combining from multiple sources and databasing, people related performance, building robust turnover model.
Requirements
- Excel - high proficiency, including VBA.
- Power BI – intermediate proficiency.
- English language skills need to be higher than proficient.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering workforce solutions in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in HR preferred.
- Knowledge with QuickBase preferred.
