Program Implementation Lead - Position Overview:

  • The Canopy Anywhere (CA) Implementation Lead plays a vital role in the scaling of the Canopy Anywhere in schools across Mississippi.
  • The Canopy Anywhere Implementation Lead is responsible for successful implementation of Canopy Anywhere at each designated school by coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Key responsibilities include developing implementation plans, monitoring progress, tracking quality and performance indicators, identifying and mitigating risks, fostering accountability and collaboration, conducting regular meetings, ensuring effective communication, and managing resource allocation and budgets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops, communicates, and manages implementation plans, timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitors progress of implementation timelines, track quality and performance indicators.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of each implementation.
  • Facilitates group meetings or work groups to address implementation planning, execution and follow-up processes.
  • Predicts resources needed to execute implementations and manage those resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Provides project updates on a routine cadence to various stakeholders about implementation strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Documents and continuously improves implementation playbooks, workflows, and best practices.
  • Supports internal teams with training, onboarding materials, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Maintains an understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead large-scale implementations.
  • Performs regular and frequent follow through to ensure successful and timely implementations.
  • Manages and drives identified issues to closure.
  • Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sense of resourcefulness and ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health or social services and/or a project management related field with a minimum of three years of experience or Master’s Degree with a minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health or social services related field and/or a project management related field performing administrative duties, project planning, or data collection and analysis.
  • The candidate should have a solid understanding of project management concepts, practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience working with grant-funded programs and reporting requirements is also preferred, but not necessary.
