Canopy Anywhere Regional Manager - Position Overview:
- The Regional Manager is crucial in fostering and maintaining robust connections with school districts and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Regional Managers lead the outreach, engagement, contracting, and deployment with new school districts.
- Regional Managers oversee a team of Success Managers and provide them the guidance, support, and training necessary to enhance their skills in creating and nurturing positive school partnerships.
- Regional Managers work with the Canopy Anywhere team to ensure that Canopy Anywhere is aligned with school and district objectives, ultimately driving positive outcomes.
- Regional Managers possess existing relationships with school districts, exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of relationship management principles, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, or business-related field with a minimum of five years of experience preferred.
- Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
- Industry experience in education or behavioral health.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Significant experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and proof of legally appropriate auto liability insurance, and must be willing to use personal vehicle for organization business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage School Districts: Introduce Canopy Anywhere to school districts and schools. Be the primary point of contact for school district leaders
- Manage Sales Funnel: Within the CRM, manage all engaged school districts and schools through the various steps in the sales process.
- Finalize Contracts: Present and work with school districts to complete the contracting process.
- Collaborate with Success Managers: Jointly monitor school and school district progress and satisfaction.
- Conduct District Progress Reviews: Hold regular meetings with districts to review progress. Jointly create action plans to improve the school experience.
