Benefits and perks at Podia
Learn about the 11 benefits and perks Podia offers its employees.
Retirement benefits
We want to help you save for retirement, so we match your 401k contributions up to 4%
Company retreats
Spend time with the team and have fun together. Past retreats have taken us to Portland, ME & Brooklyn, NY.
Sabbaticals
For every three years you work at Podia, you can take a full month off (in addition to your paid vacation) for a sabbatical.
Employee assistance program (EAP)
Your mental health is important to us. Get unlimited therapy through our partner, BetterHelp, including video sessions, live chat, and phone.
Home office budget
We want you to have a machine that’s a joy to work on, so Podia provides a new laptop every three years that you’re with us. After a year, it’s yours to keep!
Flexible working hours
Need to go to a doctor’s appointment, take your dog for a walk or see the kids’ school play? No problem; as long as you get your work done, you can work whenever and wherever you want.
Paid parental leave
When you become a parent — whether through childbirth, surrogacy, adoption or foster care — family leave at Podia lets mothers and fathers take 6 weeks of paid time off, plus up to 6 weeks of unpaid time off.
Company events
Many of our team members love to travel. Find yourself in the same city as a teammate? Expense up to $100 per person (immediate family, too!) for dinner, ax-throwing, or any other activity that makes for a fun get-together.
Learning and development budget
We’re proud to have a team that’s obsessed with learning and getting better, and we want to support that, so every Podia employee has access to professional development opportunities like conferences, books and (duh) online courses.
Healthcare benefits
We never want Podia employees worried about their health. US-based team members get health/dental/vision benefits for you, your spouse/partner and your kids. Non-US team members get a $750 quarterly stipend that can be spent on health-related expenses.
Generous vacation
We encourage you to take time off, with 3 weeks of paid vacation every year (in addition to paid holidays), plus 5 sick days to be used when you’re not feeling well or just need to recharge. In addition to your three weeks of vacation time, Podia team members get paid holidays for one week around Christmas & New Year (exact dates announced each year), as well as for bank holidays in your country.
