Our team is distributed and you can work remotely inside the US. Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not necessary.
Summary
Canix is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales and marketing initiatives. This data driven role will ensure that the sales teams' processes are running as efficiently and productively as possible. Help organize CRM data and develop the sales systems that drive the growth of a fast-growing company that is defining a new market.
Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Administration - 75%
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on CRM (Hubspot), including best practices, governance, functionality and systems, and industry trends.
Create and maintain Sales Process Automation within CRM and sales enablement tools
Establish and enforce data quality using validation rules.
Create documentation and train new and existing users on best practices
Assist with the building of custom reports, dashboards, and data analysis
Sales Strategy and Support - 25%
Reserach new leads for the sales team
Assist Account Executives with periodic sales initiatives
Manage ad hoc strategic projects
Experience and Requirements
Expert proficiency with HubSpot;
3+ years of experience - 1+ in CRM Administraion or Data Analyst / Business Analyst role and/or 2+ in a sales related positions.
Strong understanding of sales cycles and processes.
Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, and other common tools used by tech companies.
Desire to join a start-up and comfortable with adjusting to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you can translate complex information so it's accessible to anyone.
