We’re looking for a Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility through influencer collaborations and affiliate programs. This role requires a deep understanding of digital trends, influencer/creator personalities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key partners.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Influencer Collaboration:
- Identify, assess, and establish relationships with influencers and creators relevant to our brand.
- Plan and execute collaboration campaigns with influencers on social media, blogs, and other platforms.
- Oversee the creation of influencer-generated content and ensure alignment with our brand strategy.
- Affiliate Program:
- Develop and manage an effective affiliate program, including overseeing current agency partner that manages larger affiliates (publications, loyalty, etc.)
- Recruit and maintain relationships with key affiliates.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize strategies to maximize conversions.
- Strategy and Analysis:
- Create and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies that drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales.
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed, including maintaining detailed and up to date scorecards to track performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and practices in digital marketing.
- Relationships and Communication:
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as social media, content marketing, and e-commerce.
- Communicate effectively with influencers, affiliates, and external partners.
