Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product/service compliance with standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify defects or non-conformities.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality or reliability issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in customer feedback analysis and respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding product quality or reliability.
• Analyze data and metrics to track quality and reliability performance, and provide reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records, to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality management and reliability engineering, and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization's processes.
