Dein Profil

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Kunden und Partnern bei der Inbetriebnahme der brickfox Software
  • Integration der Software in die bestehende Systemlandschaft unserer Kunden
  • Aktivierung und Einrichtung aller relevanten Schnittstellen (ERP, Shopsysteme, Online-Marktplätze)
  • Durchführung von Kundenschulungen via Web oder direkt beim Kunden
  • Analyse und Integration von neuen Softwarekomponenten

Anforderungen

  • Studium und/oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Schnittstellen- und Datenbank-Technologien
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten am Telefon
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Engagement und Eigeninitiative

  • Offene sympathische Art, Herzblut, Verbindlichkeit und Fingerspitzengefühl
  • Erste E-Commerce Erfahrungen, vorzugsweise mit Online-Marktplätzen wie Amazon, eBay, Otto o.ä.
