Role Overview:

Currently we’re looking for a local B2B Marketing Manager to serve our US market. In this role you’ll work within the field marketing organization reporting up to the B2B Marketing US Team Lead. Day to day responsibilities include understanding local competition, unlocking key segments, and supporting functional teams in scaling global and US based organic programs; Events, Ambassadors, Social, and Content.

Responsibilities:

  • Support global marketing teams in delivering against our acquisition and activation targets for US
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in your region representing local audiences, and helping global teams understand the specific needs of your market. This means understanding the needs of our B2B customers, tracking key local competitors, monitoring industry trends, and surfacing any regional influences.
  • Support US Field Marketing and organic acquisition and brand efforts including events, social media, and content campaigns with our US provider community.
  • Support Performance Marketing marketing team in executing local campaigns. This means ensuring they have relevant content, assisting with localization, and helping them understand the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between global marketing teams and local teams to ensure all parties are aligned on key messages, timelines, and expectations.
  • With the support of creative teams, adapt global advertising campaigns and content to fit local needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work with your local team on developing communication plans and then coordinate with global teams to execute against them.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product needs of our target customers.
  • Work with the SEO team to create a content plan for your local market and deliver the blogs / landing page copy needed to support it
  • Develop trade marketing materials and campaigns to support the overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Support local CS and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing Specialists in our other main markets to share best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing with direct marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience or interest in working within a global team.
  • Eager to learn and grow in your marketing career.
  • Familiarity with the tech or beauty industry is preferred.
  • Specific knowledge of online marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively especially as it pertains to events and large-scale campaigns.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different teams.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
