As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the company's people, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining applicant databases.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of solid technical recruitment background.
- Preferably with a Targeted Selection certificate, or any equivalent certification.
- Preferably with experience in outsourcing, start-up, staffing, or tech company.
- Ability to Xray search, boolean search, and headhunt in other unique ways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Worked in IT positions ranging from mid-tier to high-tier niche positions.
- Intermediate skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications.
- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Negotiation skills.
- Preferably can coach/teach how to do technical recruitment
- Excellent analytical and Critical thinking skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Intricate knowledge of Information technology and engineering industries.
