What you'll be doing:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to develop product requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.
- Create and manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product management trends and technologies.
- Elaborate Roadmap proposals for the roadmap owner.
What you need to have:
- 3 years of direct product management experience
- Strategic Thinking: ability to see the big picture and develop a strategic vision for the product's development and growth.
- User-Centricity: Understanding customer needs, preferences, and pain points is crucial for developing products that resonate with the target audience.
- Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate product plans to stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: having a good understanding of technology and the development process to communicate effectively with engineers and other technical team members.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: being able to think critically and creatively to solve problems is essential.
- Drive and Initiative: Natural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence. You handle chaos, ambiguity, and complexity in a detailed and organized way. Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and drive projects forward.
- Analytical Skills: Being able to analyze data, metrics, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive product improvements is essential.
- Growth mindset: Willingness to learn and keep developing yourself
