About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities:
- Provide design support for regular product requirements, ensuring consistency and user-centric design principles
- Conduct regular UX/UI walkthroughs and drive continuous improvements to enhance online user experiences
- Simplify chat UI to enhance usability and user satisfaction
- Assist with other design support work as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
- Proven design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Hands-on design skills and a keen aesthetic sense
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can work at least 3 days per week
