Responsibilities
- Support developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, encompassing online user activities, promotions, and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, providing support in devising and setting up campaigns
- Analyze data results to generate insights for campaign enhancement and performance optimization
- Undertake quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices, and organization standards
- Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the company to continuously improve user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction
- Introduce solutions to provide seamless journey for our customers
Requirements
- Current undergraduate / graduate student or fresh graduate in Business Majors
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
- Passion and deep understanding of crypto and blockchain industries
- Preferably relevant experience in digital marketing (strategy and/or lifecycle)
- Preferably prior experience in implementing marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar systems
