As a Manager, Marketing & Communications, you will support the social media team in managing BCD’s global social media channels, help increase BCD’s followers and engagement on all platforms, develop and execute creative social media campaigns, and create high-quality videos independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Prior social media marketing experience (corporate or agency; B2B preferred)
- In-depth understanding of the major social media platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok)
- Proven ability to create and edit social media videos
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics
- Experience in the corporate travel or technology sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social media management tools
- Creative thinking and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
