About the role:

We are recruiting for our dedicated global client team and we are looking for anProject Manager. As an integral part of our global client team, you will be responsible for working with internal business groups to lead the industry with a new standard for event experiences to build our brand and accelerate commercial impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with the events industry (including virtual and or hybrid) and have a successful record managing day-to-day program operations for high-profile employee and client-facing events.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Conduct regular marketing heads to collaborate on effective event execution for their business.
• Be responsible for all elements of event planning including site selection, contract negotiation, invite/registration management, staging and AV direction, etc
• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors on behalf of the client
• Inform and interact with all levels of management and client organizations
• Have experience in utilization of advanced Virtual platforms and capabilities of event execution in the virtual space

You’re good at:

• Being a strong leader with experience project management skills
• Having the ability to exceed under pressure, manage and prioritise multiple projects and adjust work accordingly to deal with tight and changing deadlines
• Using Excel, Word, PowerPoint and have excellent computer skills
• Presenting your work to internal and external stakeholders

You might also have:

• Previous experience of Cvent and mobile event apps
• Experience of working end to end events overseas
• Previous experience in the corporate events industry

You should know:

• Role is UK remote based, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with time spent in the client offices as and when required
• You must have the ability to travel freely within the Mainland Europe, UK and Overseas
