Requirements
- Significant experience in creative direction or brand strategy within a high-growth D2C startup or an international premium health/wellness brand
- Visual Excellence: A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to blend clean, professional aesthetics with high-energy, impactful storytelling
- Strategic Mindset: You don't just make things look 'pretty'—you understand the 'why' behind the design and how it drives business growth
- Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) first experiences using AI tools in your field a must, proficiency a massive plus
- Communication Mastery: Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to articulate complex creative visions to stakeholders at all levels
- Industry Passion: A deep-rooted interest in longevity, cellular health, and the future of wellness
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field
