Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Executives and Leaders: Engage with high-level executives to understand company needs and strategic priorities.
  • Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department.
  • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor designers and provide guidance on design principles and techniques. Conduct training sessions or workshops to share knowledge and improve the design capabilities of the team.
  • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma.

Secondary responsibilities:

  • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.

We expect from you:

  • Extensive experience working with product teams as a Lead Product Designer on B2C products;
  • Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions;
  • Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation;
  • Experience working with Tokenized Design systems;
  • Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence;
  • Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces.
  • B2+ or higher level of English proficiency;
  • C1+ level of Russian proficiency;

  • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
