Technical Success Manager - Construction

Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking construction industry professionals who are passionate about advancing digital transformation across the built environment. As a Technical Success Manager (TSM), you will help strategic customers realize measurable business value from Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) by designing and implementing scalable workflows, integrations, and data insights.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead the technical components of customer engagements for some of Autodesk’s largest AECO customers. Partnering closely with Customer Success Managers, you will translate customer business initiatives into practical ACC solutions that improve project delivery, collaboration, and operational performance.

As a trusted technical advisor, you will deliver health checks, workflow design, training, dashboards, and integrations that enable customers to adopt ACC effectively and maximize return on their Autodesk investment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Autodesk Construction Cloud, including platform capabilities, limitations, and integration possibilities.
  • Lead technical engagements with customers, analyzing workflows and designing solutions that support improved project and construction processes.
  • Configure and optimize ACC workflows including document management, RFIs, submittals, field workflows, and model coordination.
  • Design dashboards, reports, and analytics that help customers track adoption, project performance, and operational outcomes.
  • Support integrations between ACC and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, BI tools, and other construction technologies using available APIs and data connectors.
  • Conduct technical health checks, workshops, and training sessions that enable scalable platform adoption.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute initiatives defined in the Customer Success Plan, ensuring technical deliverables support customer business goals.
  • Map customer business initiatives to Autodesk capabilities and industry best practices to drive measurable ROI.
  • Share best practices, competitive insights, and customer success stories with the broader Customer Success organization.
  • Contribute to industry knowledge and thought leadership through collaboration, customer engagements, and internal knowledge sharing.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or AEC technology industry.
  • Experience supporting or implementing construction technology solutions across project teams or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and project delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology adoption in enterprise environments.
  • Experience creating data dashboards, reporting, or analytics using construction project data.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or technology change initiatives within construction organizations.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and internal collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with construction contractors, engineering firms, or BIM/VDC consulting organizations.
  • Familiarity with construction technology ecosystems, including ERP systems, BIM tools, and project management platforms.
  • Experience working with data integrations, APIs, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
