Requirements
- Take pride in interactions with customers and develop positive working relationships
- Provide technical and user support to clients and follow escalation procedures
- Write SQL queries to report and analyze client databases and debug issues
- Write batch scripts to support software's background processes and debug issues
- Assist with building new client systems utilizing SaaS solution
- Respond to client support issues via email and phone
- Utilize ticketing system to track and document client support communication, escalation, and resolutions
