Vivazen is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for revenue-generating roles across the organization, with a primary focus on entry-level sales talent through to Regional Sales Managers.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven track record of managing 8–10+ concurrent roles
- Strong understanding of sales profiles and assessment of drive, resilience, coachability, and closing ability
- Experience hiring across sales hierarchies (entry-level through management)
- Exceptional cold outreach, candidate engagement, and candidate closing skills
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, using funnel metrics and pipeline analytics to guide decisions
