The HR Generalist will assist international/remote team members with Rippling as their EOR (Employer of Record) by responding to inquiries and providing assistance throughout the employee life cycle. The role involves supporting HR managers, facilitating employee relations conversations, conducting investigations, and maintaining up-to-date policies.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar position
