Sparq is looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support its Client Services department. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and colleagues across the US and LATAM, ensuring a high-quality employee experience and driving consistency, compliance, and strong employee relations practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist
- Experience supporting multi-state U.S. populations in a remote environment (preferred)
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling or similar) is a plus
