What your day will look like:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues with payment processing and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them
- Guide clients through the use of our payment processing solutions, ensuring that they are able to use our systems effectively and efficiently
- Escalate customer issues to management when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on client requests promptly to ensure an exceptional customer experience
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbal and written is essential
- Fluent in German, both verbal and written, is essential
- Gritty, autonomous, self-motivated, and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and experience with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Beginner-level technical knowledge and proficiency with computer systems and software
- Understanding of the basics of payment processing, including knowledge of payment gateways, credit card processing, and e-commerce
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland is essential
