We are Arthrex, a global leader in multispecialty minimally invasive surgical technology, scientific research, manufacturing, and medical education. Our journey began in 1980, sparked by the vision of our President and Founder, Reinhold Schmieding, who anticipated the revolutionary impact arthroscopy would have on sports medicine and orthopedics. From a simple drafting table in Munich, Germany, we've grown into a worldwide company dedicated to a singular mission: Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™.

Our commitment to innovation is relentless. Each year, we develop over 1,000 new products and procedures designed to advance minimally invasive orthopedic surgery, trauma care, spine treatments, cardiothoracic procedures, orthobiologics, and arthroplasty. We also specialize in cutting-edge 4K multispecialty surgical visualization and OR integration technology solutions. This drive for advancement stems from our core value of 'Making People Better.'
